Washington-born electronic musician Robert DeLong originally started his musical career as a drummer for an indie rock band. Upon his exposure to electronic music at raves, however, he began to implement more electronic elements into his compositions. Now, as a solo artist, DeLong combines keyboards, drums, guitars, synthesizers and vocals to create his unique blend of styles. Needless to say, there’s a lot happening on stage during his live performances.
Our photographer, Amanda Rhoades, takes you through the glorious madness of DeLong’s show at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco on May 30th.
