Help benefit community based programs that impact the lives of over 1,000 youth and families each day in the San Francisco Greater Bay Area. This Urban Services event, and all fundraising proceeds will go directly to after school programming for their school sites, which currently serves Charles Drew, Malcom X Academy Elementary School, Starr King Elementary, ISA Middle/High School, John O’Connell High School, Ida B. Wells High School, Downtown High School, Academy of Arts and Sciences, and Paul Revere K-8 Elementary.
This year, Urban Services YMCA is hoping to extend tree donations to families of all grade levels, but we rely on support from the families, friends and the community. Are you interested in purchasing or donating a tree? If you are interested in donating a tree, please purchase it at http://urbantrees2012.eventbrite.com/ indicate DONATION on the Seller Informtaion Page. We will match your donation with a family we work with.
We have three Family Resource Centers and work with public schools in San Francisco and San Mateo, we know plenty of families that would be thankful to get some Holiday cheer, thank you in advance for your support!
