Nine Inch Nails
You may have seen the news that lead singer Trent Reznor has resurrected Nine Inch Nails. The band has now released its first shows: the Rock ‘n’ Heim Festival in Germany (July 16-18) and the Fuji Rocks Festival in Japan (July 26-28). Rumors are that the band will play at Lollapalooza, but all U.S. tour dates are still yet to be announced — follow NIN on eventseeker to stay informed.
The National
The National have posted a new worldwide tour. The band will begin its U.S. phase of its tour by joining up with Dirty Projectors, then go solo for Bonnarro before continuing on to Europe. The complete tour is below:

Beale Street Music Festival
The lineup for the Beale Street Music Festival is officially out, with The Black Keys, Alice in Chains, and Bassnectar among the headliners during the May 3-5 weekend festival in Memphis, TN. Single day advance tickets are on sale today.
Free Press Summer Fest
The Free Press Summer Fest lineup is here, with The Postal Service, Bassnectar, Iggy and the Stooges, and Passion Pit headlining. Tickets on sale now for the Jun 1-2 show at Eleanor Tinsley Park in Houston, TX.
Phantom of the Opera
To celebrate its 25th year of being on Broadway, ‘Phantom of the Opera’ will launch a national tour beginning in November 2013. This is the first time in three years the show has hit the road, and it will kick off in Providence, Rhode Island, continuing on the road for more than 20 multi-week engagements around the U.S. The full tour schedule and cities will be released at a later date – stay tuned on eventseeker!

After announcing their joint worldwide Legends of the Summer Tour last week, tickets went on sale today.
Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers
Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers publicized their full 2013 tour dates, including headlining at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Hangout Music Festival, and Firefly Music Festival, and more intimate residencies in LA and NYC. Tickets begin to go on sale in March
Green Day at SXSW
Just announced this week: Green Day will make their first SXSW debut, following lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong’s release from rehab. The band has also released their 2013 tour schedule.
Alternative Press Expo
The Alternative Press Expo (APE) comics convention is an event for a wide range of independent and alternative cartoonists to gather and showcase their work. It is run by Comic Con International, and will return to San Francisco this year on October 12 and 13, 2013.
