Michelle Zauner’s solo music project, Japanese Breakfast Zauner’s debut album, Psychopomp, released in 2016 demonstrates Zauner’s emotional sensibilities blended with soft and modern sonic aesthetics. Her follow-up album, Soft Sounds From Another Planet, solidified her reputation among indie singer-songwriters. Japanese Breakfast is out tour in the US this fall, including a FREE show at the Dogfish Head Brewery and at Tipitina’s in New Orleans.
Opening for Japanese breakfast is Montreal 4-piece, Ought. The indie rock band is on the road promoting their album, Room Inside the World.
