Wednesday night we got invited to check out L.A. rock and roll band The Shelters at The Independent in San Francisco. After signing with Warner Bros. Records, they’re spending their November supporting The Dandy Warhols and Broncho. Tonight they were joined by a fellow Southern California artist, the psych-folk songstress Pearl Charles.
