Austin City Limits is going down over two weekends: October 6-8 + October 13-15. With the absence of Levitation this year, ACL is holding it down for the musical heart of Texas. Headliners Jay-Z, The XX, Solange, Martin Garrix, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chance the Rapper, Ice Cube, Spoon, The Killers, Run the Jewels, Gorillaz, The Head and the Heart and more are taking over Zilker Park. But music isn’t the only thing this fest gets right.
ACL, like the city it calls home, is known for its food. Mainstays like Amy’s Ice Creams, Chi’Lantro, and mmmpanadas will all be catering to your foodie needs. Here’s a full breakdown of the festival eats here:
Around the festival grounds, you’ll also enjoy free swag, charging stations, special activities, and lounge areas such as the Barton Springs Beer Hall and the ACL Wine Lounge, from ACL’s select partners.
Don’t forget that kids 10 and under get in for free with their parents! No need to find a sitter because Austin Kiddle Limits has everything parents need to escape the crowds and keep the young ones busy, from arts and crafts and informative activities to a diaper changing stations and stroller-friendly walkways. ACL also offers a Tag-a-Kid tent, located at the special Family Entrance, that provides RFID wristbands so that if a child is seperated from their family, they can be located with GPS.
Last but not least, the ACL Art Market features original products from local and national artisans. Pick up accessories, leather goods, head gear and more from dozens of vendors and don’t forget to stop in the Craft interactive shop to makes a custom postcard or flower crown.
