Legendary rock and roll band The Jesus and Mary Chain graced The Warfield in San Francisco last week, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their beloved debut album, Psychocandy. Joining the band in what will prove to be a career defining tour, the bourgeoning Australian shoegaze outfit The Black Ryder commanded the audience in the massive hall. Recently transplanted to Los Angeles, the duo has taken California by the ear and earned respect and attention in the crowded psychedelic rock scene.
